Ingredients

  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 8shallots
  • 10bird’s eye chillies/ chilli padi 🌶
  • 10big red chillis
  • 2stripes of kurau salted fish (cut into small pieces, remove the skin and any bones)
  • 2red ripe tomatoes
  • 1green young mangoes, julienned
  • 3-4 tbspOil
  • Salt, sugar, chicken/mushroom seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash clean all ingredients, put all ingredients except kurau salted fish and green mangoes into chopper

  2. 2

    Heat some oil (about 3-4tbsp) on the pan, fry the salted fish until fragrant, add the remaining ingredients (except the mangoes)

  3. 3

    Once the chilli turns softer and fragrant, add the julienned young mangoes, continue stirring and fry for few more minutes. Season with salt, sugar, chicken seasoning to your taste
