Surti Locho

Instant surti locho with gram flour.
Steps

In a bowl, take gram flour, semolina, add salt, ginger chilli paste, asafoetida, turmeric powder, sugar, oil, curd and water. Whisk for 2-3 minutes. Make sure there are no lumps. Keep aside the prepared batter for 15 minutes.

For locho masala, mix chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt and chaat masala.

After 15 minutes add 1 sachet eno and 1 tsp water in the batter and mix well. Immediately pour the batter into a greased plate and sprinkle some prepared masala on it and steam for 15 minutes. Remove the plate and garnish with butter/oil. Serve hot with green chutney.
