Sweet Rice decorated as Pakistani flag

Fisrt take 1/2 glass in 1 bowl and 1 and 1/2 glass another bowl soaked for atleast 2 hours.

Then in a pan boil white rice separately and for green rice in a pan add water and green colour then add rice and boil it.

Now in a pan take white rice and 1/2 cup sugar make layer of rice and sugar then cook on medium flame till sugar melt and water disappear then do same with green rice take 1 and 1/2 glass sugar layer and cook for ten mins then take 1/4 cup ghee and 2 cardamom heat till hot and pour it on a white rice now take 3/4 glass of ghee add 4 cardamom and heat and pour it in green rice.

Now cook for another 5 mins on a slow flame now trace moon and star on a page then close the stove.

Now take a rectangular dish in 1/4 part of dish spread white rice and 3/4 part spread green rice then with help of trace paper add khoya on it.
