Steps

Take 1&1/2 cup of warm water add 1tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of sugar into it and 1&1/2 tbsp if yeast.

Mix it and leave it for 5 minutes.

Add 4&1/2 cup of flour and 2tbsp of oil, mix it well such that a dough is formed.

Airtight it and leave it for 2 hrs, it will double in size because of yeast.

Make small balls out if the dough and elongate it like a rope

Make a heart shape of a long straight flour rope and twist it and then joined it back, such that the pretzels shape is formed as 👉🏼🥨

Take 1&1/2 cup of boiling water and add 1/4 cup if baking soda into it.

Dip each pretzel into the baking soda mixture and put it on the oiled butter paper.

Make a layer of egg over the pretzels.

Preheat the oven at 200° for 30 minutes.

Bake it in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 230°C.

Delicious Pretzels are ready to eat now😋
