  • 1 tspn Fennel powder
  • 1 tspn Cumin/jeera powder
  • 1 tspn Red chilli powder
  • 1 tspn Turmeric powder
  • 1 tspn Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspn Garam masala
  • 2 tspn Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspnFlour/ maidha
  • 2 tbspnCorn flour
  • 2 tbspnBesan/ Gram flour
  • 4 tbspnOlive oil
  • 6 tbspnwater
  • 1 tspn Black pepper powder
  • 1 tspn Salt
  • Oil for shallow frying

    Cut the egg plant into thick slices.

    Mix all the ingredients under marination make it into a thick paste and coat the egg plant.

    Heat oil in a wide pan and shallow fry. Flip and cook both sides for 3-4 minutes each. Serve immediately.
