For the filling: Finely chop the onions and sauté them in a pan. Add the ground beef, then season with salt, sweet red pepper powder, black pepper, mixed spices, and pomegranate molasses. Once cooked, add pomegranate seeds.

Rinse the bulgur and let it soak for about 45 minutes, then add a little water.

After 30 minutes, add salt, black pepper, mixed spices, sweet red pepper powder, cumin, and ground beef. Knead the mixture well, or if you have a kibbeh grinder, use it to knead the mixture.

Once kneaded, add the boiled potatoes and 2 tablespoons of flour, then knead everything together thoroughly.

Shape the kibbeh into balls, stuff them with the meat filling, and when finished, fry them in plenty of oil. Enjoy!
