Ingredients

  1. 1bulb of fresh garlics
  2. 1fresh lemon
  3. Fresh ginger (i use around 100-150 gr)
  4. Honey

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel garlics & ginger. Wash all the fresh ingredients

    Grate garlics and ginger

    Squeeze lemon

    Prepare honey, from 850 gr i only use this amount of honey. Pictures below

    Put all ingredients into honey jar. Close the lid. Let fermented for 1 week

    Consume 1tsp of it everyday first in the morning before any meal or drink

Maybe putting it in the frig will help thicken it . Any ideas
