  • 2(tablespoon) Baisan
  • 4(tablespoon) Cornflour
  • 2(tablespoon) Flour
  • 1(tablespoon) Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2(tablespoon) Salt
  • 2(tablespoon) Soya sauce
  • 2(tablespoon)Chilli sauce
  • 1/4 cupVinegar
  • 2(tablespoon) Water
  • 1/2(tablespoon)Yellow food colour
  • Oil (for frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sub say pehlay ik patila lein us may water,Ginger,Garlic,Vinegar,salt,Turmeric powder or chicken dal dein

    Phir us ko 15-20 minute Kay liay boil Kar lein or water say bahir nikal lein

    Phir us ka better bana lein us may sub say pehlay Baisan,Cornflour,Flour,Red chilli powder,Salt,Soya sauce,Chilli sauce,Vinegar,Water or food colour dal Kar mix Kar lein

  4. 4

    Phir ik ik piece chicken ka utayen or us batter may coat Karen

  5. 5

    Or phir oil may fry Kar lein or phir serve Karen
