Place the strawberries and sweetener in pan over a low heat
Cook for 10 minutes or until the strawberries are nice and mushy
Set aside to cool

Place the strawberry mixture and dairy free milk in a blender
Blitz until smooth
Pour into a big glass or two smaller glasses and enjoy

I topped my strawberry milk with some whipped coconut cream and a sprinkle of freeze dried strawberry powder
