Heat ghee in a pan. Fry kaju, kismis,badam.In the same ghee roast sevaiya in medium flame.

Now put the milk in thick bottom pan. Let the milk boil then sim the gas and let it cook for 8-10 mins so that the milk is reduced. Then add the dry fruits, elaichi powder and sevaiya in it.

Let it cook and let the milk become thick. Add sugar and kesar in it. Cook for 5-8 mins in low flame and then switch off the gas. Serve hot or cold
