Ingredients

  • 4 cupsflour
  • Handfulcoconut powder
  • Oil
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspcardamon powder
  • 2 tspyeast
  • Warm milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour,yeast,cardamom,coconut powder and mix well add little oil mix then knead with warm milk till dough comes together, let it rest for an hour

  2. 2

    When it has doubled in size roll and cut then let it rest for 30 minutes before frying

    Fry on medium heat and don't overcrowd.. Then serve
