Salad rava rolls

In a large mixing bowl add all vegetables and mix well.

Now add salt, lemon juice and and sugar in it and mix well. Add rava in it and knead it like a stiff dough. Keep aside.

After 15 minutes knead it again if it is too sticky add some rava again and knead well.

Make small rolls of this dough. Make all rolls and cover these rolls into rava and keep aside for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these rolls until gets golden brown colour. Healthy salad rolls is ready to serve. Serve hot with chutney.
