Ingredients

  • 1large finely chopped onion
  • 1large finely chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cupsweet corn (boiled)
  • 1medium finely chopped cucumber
  • 2green chilies
  • 1/2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspcapsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbspgrated beetroot
  • 1-1 1/2 cuprava
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • Aa needed coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsprava
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large mixing bowl add all vegetables and mix well.

  2. 2

    Now add salt, lemon juice and and sugar in it and mix well. Add rava in it and knead it like a stiff dough. Keep aside.

  3. 3

    After 15 minutes knead it again if it is too sticky add some rava again and knead well.

  4. 4

    Make small rolls of this dough. Make all rolls and cover these rolls into rava and keep aside for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these rolls until gets golden brown colour. Healthy salad rolls is ready to serve. Serve hot with chutney.
