Sevaiya Burfi is an eid special delicious dish of roasted sevaiyan tossed with sugar, milk and khoya. Served with garnishing of nuts and dry fruits.
Steps

Dry roast sewaiya in a pan.

Add desi ghee and toss it for a minute.

Add milk and let it boil.

Now add khoya and sugar and stir it till you get a thick pouring consistency.

Switch off the flame ans set it in a greased tray and sprinkle nuts and dry fruits slivers.

Let it cool and serve it at room temperature.
