Firstly boil Noodles in a big vessel with a little salt and very little oil,1/4 tbsp lemon juice, boil for five minutes and drained out water from noodles and keep aside

In big Kadai put Oil when heating put finely grated garlic pods, then put silt green chillies add onions(chopped in rings/circle), stir till it becomes pinkish than put chopped Vegs (Cabbage capsicum orange carrot) saute for few minutes and cover the Kadai,till it's done, then put boiled Noodles, add all Spices including Salt, saute for few minutes and add all sauces.
