Take a big bowl and add besan, dry spice and mix well with the help of some water, Make a thick batter

Peel the potato and onion, cut into a round shape

Take a pan and heat the oil, dip the potato and onion rings into the besan dip and fry into the heated oil, when colour comes into light brown then take out on the plate

Ready your hot pakodas, serve hot with green chutney or red ketchup.
