Steps

Boil milk in a pan on high flame. Now slow the flame and let milk simmer on low flame till it remain 1/3 in quantity. Keep stirring in between to avoid sticking in the bottom.

Now squeeze 1/4 of lemon in it. Lemon will help in making it grainy. At this stage, milk will curdle separating water. Keep stirring.

Add sugar and keep stirring till it turn thick and brown colour and a sweet fragrance start coming. When whole water is dried Switch off the flame.

Now grease a thali and pour the hot mixture on it and spread it evenly with the help of spetula.

Keep this thali covered in warm cloth for 24 hours.

After 24 hours cut pieces with the help of warm knife and serve. It can be stored for 7 days.
