Ingredients

10 to 12 servin
  1. 2 litremilk,2 cardamom,few strings saffron
  2. 3/4 cupsugar,1 cup mixed DRYFRUITS (soaked overnight n sliced)
  3. 1/2 packcrushed vermicelli

Cooking Instructions

    Boil milk with sugar,saffron after 5 mins add crushed vermicelli n boil for 5 mins.

    Now heat 100 gms of butter/ghee in a separate pan add the dry fruits n saute till brown...now cool n add in the milk mixture n simmer for 5 mins n ready.serve warm.enjoy😊
