We are Non vegetarian but once a week we keep veg, so whenever it is I make sure that lunch is very special and I mostly prefer paneer dishes and palak paneer hold the top of my favourite lunch meal with roti or naan, there are different recipes for palak paneer but I like more of Punjabi style palak paneer which is thick, creamy, flavourful and mildly spiced, so here my recipe for Punjabi palak paneer with very few spices.
