  • 2eggs
  • 2 tablespoonsbean curry 'chili'
  • 2 tablespoonscooked white rice
  • 1 tablespooncrumbled feta cheese
  • Bread slices for sandwich

    Put on the omelette in the pan, let one side cook a little bit

  2. 2

    Put the rice, beans, and feta one one half of the omelette in layers

    Fold the omelette in half around the fillings.

    Carefully keep turning until it is cooked.

    Eat plain or in a sandwich
