Black Chana sabji

Wash and soak black chana to 2 hours then cook in a pressure cooker until it becomes soft.

Then take pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, asafoetida, then add tomato. Cook until it turns soft. Add red chilli powder,garam masala, salt, black chana mix well.

Now add required water.cover and cook for 4 minutes.Add chopped coriander and serve.
