Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbschicken (about 1 kg)
  • 1/2 cupplain yogurt (about 120 ml)
  • 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 1 tablespoonred chili powder
  • 1 tablespoonblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 tablespooncumin powder
  • 1 tablespoonKashmiri chili powder
  • 2 tablespoonsgarlic and ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoonkewra water
  • Salt to taste
  • as neededRed food coloring
  • 1 tablespoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and thoroughly clean the chicken. Add all the spices and mix well. Let it marinate for 2-3 hours.

  2. 2

    Add food coloring and lemon juice to the chicken, mix again, and let it sit for another 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Place the chicken in an air fryer and cook at 356°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Remove all the chicken onto a plate and serve hot.
