Salmon fishcakes and salsa Salmon fishcakes and salsa
Salmon fish cakes were made with leftover salmon from Easter, as for the salsa, I have a bit of a weakness for the little salsa portions you get with McDonalds mozzarella sticks so picked up a few and adapted them into a fresh salsa! Jenny Atkinson -
Grilled "Planked" Salmon with Peach - Mango Salsa Grilled "Planked" Salmon with Peach - Mango Salsa
This is a very easy dish to prepare. Using the “cedar plank” method on the grill ensures a very moist piece of salmon fillet. It’s been said that the Native American Indians used this cooking method long ago. Topping the fillets with salsa gives it enriched flavor, color, and added moisture. Rick M -
Salmon & Okra on an Endive Boat with Paprika Salsa Salmon & Okra on an Endive Boat with Paprika Salsa
These simple okra and endive "boats" that I had at a friend's house were so delicious that I wanted to make them myself. I have changed the recipe a little to make them look fancier. It has become my family's staple party dish.-The taste of the paprika salsa is the key!! I recommend making it beforehand, since it lasts 2-3 days in the refrigerator, and it tastes better the day after it is made.-The okra, smoked salmon, and the endive are must-use items. The avocado and fresh mushroom are nice to add if available. A Delicious Meal with Salsa A Delicious Meal with Salsa
I just love salsa. You're going to add wine so be careful not to overcook the vegetables beforehand or they will wither.I added boiled chicken made with another Cookpad user's recipe. Since it was already cooked, I could still make this dish quickly. The chicken was so soft and delicious (I sprinkled it with salt before stir-frying.) Recipe by kbitch. cookpad.japan -
Roast Cherry Tomato and Olive Salsa Roast Cherry Tomato and Olive Salsa
I often make this when tomatoes are in season. The tomatoes I bought this time were not so fresh, so I roasted them instead of eating them raw.Olives are salty, so I didn't add any extra salt. In the top photo, I spread ricotta cheese on bread and topped it with this. I recommend mixing it with pasta, or using as a sauce for meat or fish dishes. Recipe by KT121 cookpad.japan
