Start cooking the salmon after seasoning and squeezing in lemon juice! Place 1 tbsp avocado oil or butter 1 tbsp in pan. Cook on med heat.

Cook on med - butter will start melting

After 8 min add lemon slices - cover and keep cooking on med 6 min

Add salsa topping, take off lemon slices. Salmon should be cooking. Change heat to 4 on stove, cook another 6-8 min w lid. Check fish or flaky or white on top of fish.
