Long roti cones

In a pan heat oil add ginger paste in it and saute till raw smell goes away. Now add onion and saute till onion gets translucent.

Now add tomato puree and saute till oil oozes on sides. Add all dry spices powder in it and saute for few minutes.

Add boiled vegetables and boiled potatoes in it. Mix well and mash it well. So we get thick puree. Saute for a while so extra water evaporates from gravy.

Now we get perfectly thick gravy. Keep aside and cool completely.

Heat a tawa on high flame. Pour some ghee on tawa, roll roti like a cone and place it on tawa on medium flame. Shallow fry this cone on every sides. We can hold it in starting after 2 minutes it holds the shape so now you can place another one. After 5 minutes roti cones is ready. Keep aside.

Now fill prepared stuffing in roti cone properly. Dip this cone into sev bowl. Delicious and healthy roti cones are ready to serve.
