Soak the Sago(Sabudana) from half and hour and drain the extra water using Strainer. Take a pan, add oil add cumin seeds, curry leaves,Green Chilli Paste, Green Chilli,Potato and cook the potato.

Once the potato has been cooked properly,then add coarsely grind peanut and grated beetroot. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.

Now add the soaked sago and salt to taste. Once the Sago has been cooked properly then turn off the heat and add lemon juice and green coriander & give it a good mix.
