Ingredients

20-25 minutes
8-9 servings
  • 250 gor 1 cup Desi Ghee (Make sure it's in solid state)
  • 175 gor 1&⅓ cups of Gram flour(Basin)
  • 125 gor 1 cup of All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 250 gor 1&¾ cups approx Icing sugar
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  • 1 tbspEgg white
  • Chopped nuts as required
  • 1Egg yolk(for brushing on top)

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Beat Desi ghee and sugar togather for 1 min, just till combined.

  2. 2

    Add all dry ingredients (Gram flour, All-purpose flour, Baking soda and Cardamom powder), mix till well combined.

  3. 3

    Now add any type of nuts that are chopped in to the mixer.

  4. 4

    Shape them like biscuits, place them in a greased tray(keep them 1 inch apart from each other) and brush them with egg yolk.

    Bake them at 150 degree celsius, for 20-25 min or till edges start to turn light golden.

    Remove them from baking tray after they cool to room temperature and Enjoy! 😋
