Ingredients

  • 100 gmsmoong dal
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 tsphing
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • As per taste Salt
  • 4-5 tbspdesi ghee
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 400 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the dal for one hour, take big kadai on heat and put the soaked dal, water,salt and turmeric powder and 1 tspn ghee.

  2. 2

    Boil it for 10 minutes. And make a tadka in tadka pan and heat the ghee put hing in it add jeera off the flame and add red chilli powder and garam masala.put this tadka on Boiled dal.ready your hing jeera tadka dal.serve with rice or chapati as your wish
