Pineapple delight

Firstly take a wok and pour the milk into it aside 100 ml milk to add cornflour.

Now heat the wok on the stove and add remaining milk. Reduce the milk at medium flame and stir and scrape continuously till it becomes thick.

Now add sugar, milk powder and stir it for 2-3 mins at medium flame.

Now add cornflour batter into thick milk and stir it to make it lump-free. Cook at medium flame till it becomes boiled. After a few minutes, it becomes thick and coated the spatula to check the thickness. Now off the flame and leave it to come at room temperature.

When it becomes at room temperature, add some chopped pineapple chunks and pineapple crush and stir it.

Add yellow food colour into it.

Pour the mixture into an airtight container and add some pineapple chunks on top of it. Leave it into a freezer overnight or 8-10 hours to set.

When it became set serve chilled pineapple delight and garnish with tinned pineapple chunks on top of it.
