Cut bread in round shape. Grate cheese cubes. Cut cheese slice into pieces (4-6). Mix veggies and all spices, ketchup, chilli sauce nicely. Take 1 pc of bread slice, spread cheese slice pieces,. Then put veggies mixture, spread grated cheese. Cover it with another bread slice and press it gently. Heat tava spread ghee or butter. Place sandwich and cover it with lid. Cook from both sides till it is done. Ready to serve.
