In a bowl, combine the wine with pieces of beef.

Roughly chop the vegetables and sauté them.

Coat the beef with a little flour and fry it.

Add the wine mixture to the pot with the vegetables, along with the beef and wine. Cook for 1 hour in a pressure cooker and another hour on regular heat.
