At first boil the chowmein, drain the water and let it be cooled. After cooling down heat little oil in a pan and saute the boiled chowmein and keep it aside.

Now make egg burji and keep it aside.

Now in the same Pan heat some oil. Add the black cumin seeds, dry red chillis. After few seconds add finely chopped ginger,garlic paste and fry them well.

Now add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder and add salt to taste. When the tomatoes will become tender add boiled potatoes. Break the potatoes with your cooking spud in the pan and cook well tor 3-4 min. Now add little amount of water and let it boil. When the gravy will become thick turn off your oven.

Now in a bowl take the sauted chowmein, spread the egg bhurji from the top. On that add tomato sauce and finally pour the gravy from the top.

The recipe is finally ready to be served. Also you can try this recipe with noodles.
