Clean and devein prawns.Smear little salt and turmeric.Meanwhile peel and cube potatoes into small pieces.Heat oil and fry the potatoes in low flame till nearly done.Add oil if needed to the remaining oil and fry the small prawns lightly.In the remaining oil,fry the chopped onion till light brown.Add garlic, chopped tomato and green peas and toss.Add potato, prawns,turmeric,red chilli powder,salt and sugar to taste.Add 1/4th cup water and cook till it is dry.

Sprinkle chopped coriander and few slit green chillies and toss.Serve hot with rice or roti in lunch or dinner.
