5m prep + 30m rest + 15m cook
5 burgers
  • 500 glean mince beef
  • Halfred onion
  • 1egg
  • Herbs and spices for seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Mixed herbs

Steps

5m prep + 30m rest + 15m cook
  1. 1

    Get your ingredients ready, this is a quick one to make while the bbq is warming up.

    Dice the onion. Mix up the mince, onion, egg and seasoning. Use your hands 😋

    Form 4 or 5 balls (roughly tennis ball size 🎾) of the mixture

    Flatten into burger patties

    Put in the fridge for at least 30mins. Then bbq!
