Mushroom dipped in rich gravy of onion and tomato with aromatic spices will make your lunch delicious. Try out this amazing recipe to make your everyday cooking special.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli and curry leaves. Let it crackle. Add onion, ginger and garlic (half of we have) paste. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add tomato puree, capcicum, mushroom, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and garam masala. Cook covered for 3-4 minutes on low to medium heat. Again removing lid, saute for 2 minutes.

Now, heat butter in a separate tadka pan. Add red dry chilli, few curry leaves and left garlic paste. Pour this tadka on the sabji and mix well. And simmer cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle black pepper powder and transfer this sabji in a bowl.

Add lemon juice when sabji becomes warm and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with rice or roti.
