Wash the daal and rice. and make a fine paste of everything by adding water. Add water and whisk it for 5minutes. Now add salt

On a non-stick pan, brush up the butter. Heat it up. Sprinkle water droplets now clean the surface with cloth. Now pour the batter and spread evenly with small bowl. Crisp it. Apply salted butter to the dosa. Fold it serve with coconut chutney.
