Chop the potatoes, onions and chillies..add the gram flour, red chilli powder, salt, soda, Mango powder and water to it..and mix well...

Heat oil in a kadai and gently drop small portions of the mixture into the oil..

When they become golden brown in colour take them out of the oil..

Serve your pakodis with sauce or chutney...
