Take a pan and roasted the poppyseeds on medium low heat for 2 minutes.

Now heat the pan add 1 tbsp butter roasted the almonds, pistachio and kajo on low flame then take out and keep aside.

Next heat the pan add 1 tbsp of butter add dates and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame then add the dry fruit mix it well and cool it for 10 minutes,but remember that the mixture is too hot 🥵 don’t touch it burns hand.

Now take the date mixture on the flate surface add a little bit oil on hand and 1 tbsp of poppyseeds spread it to the roll now round the date mixture generously,fold it on aluminium foil and pack it completely, keep on fridge for 2 hours to cool down.

Next take iut the date roll and cut it rounded pieces with a sharp knife after cut it take out the foil serve it on platter enjoy it on aftari in ramazan.
