  • 2medium sweet potato
  • 2small tomato
  • 1onion
  • 2red bell pepper
  • 1scotch pepper
  • 2maggi
  • 1/4 tea spoonsalt
  • Curry & thyme
  • 1 serving spoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel & wash & chop sweet potato add into a pot with water & cook until soft. Chop the tomato, red bell pepppers, scotch pepper & onions add into a pan then add in the oil stir & fry for a couple of minutes then add in the salt, maggi, curry & thyme stir it well then serve.happy eating😋😋
