Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, asofoetida, ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes. Add corn, salt, garam masala, chaat masala mix well,cook for 2 minutes. Add little water cook for 5 minutes.

Now mash with masher or grind it little. Keep aside for cool completely.

Meanwhile make chutney. For this heat butter add asofoetida, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves,onion, tomato,salt, chaat masala, jaggery cook for 5 minutes.

Add little water cook it again for 5 minutes. Mash it or grind it little. chutney is ready.

For tikki : in a large bowl take potatoes, paneer, onion,corn mixture, bread crumbs, Corn flour, salt, black pepper powder mix well.

Take some mixture flatten it make a gape & filled with processed cheese then roll it and shape it like tikki. Make all like this.Roll them in a corn flour.

Heat oil and shallow fry all tikkis. Serve them hot with khatti meethi tomato chutney.
