Ingredients

  1. 3raw bananas
  2. 1 pinchblack pepper
  3. Salt
  4. 1 1/2 cupsoil for frying
  5. Fried Lentil stew

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and clean your bananas, pat dry with a paper towel. Heat oil in a pan on medium low heat.

  2. 2

    Cut your bananas into fries/ chips size. Add salt and pepper n toss to fully coat the fries.

  3. 3

    Deep fry in batches for 3-4 mins. Dry in a paper towel.

    Serve with lentil stew n spinach
