Instant Sweet And Tangy Lemon Pickle

Wash the lemon. Take a pan add water keep on boiling. Now add lemon. Boil till it get smooth and change the colour.

Take it out in strainer. Spread on cloth. And let absorb all water. Let it dry for and 1 hr.

After cut it into 4 or 8 pieces. Take in a bowl. Add pickle masala.

Mix it well. Add sugar mix it and add hot oil which get to room temperature. If required add more oil.

Add fennel seeds. Mix it well. Pickle is ready. Serve after 24 hrs. This pickle stay for 1-2 mths
