Chicken Shawarma with Garlic Mint Sauce 😋

Steps
- 1
Cut the boneless chicken breasts into cubes and place them in a bowl. Add the yogurt, black pepper, and salt. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 2
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil, then add the chopped onion and 6 cloves of crushed garlic. Sauté for a few minutes until golden brown.
- 3
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook, stirring, until it starts to cook through.
- 4
Add the bell pepper, cut into small cubes, and continue cooking until the chicken is done. The shawarma is ready.
- 5
For the garlic sauce, blend 3 cloves of garlic, plain yogurt, and boiled potatoes in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
- 6
Add mint to the sauce if you like, especially if you're making sandwiches—it adds great flavor! 😋
