1/2 lbSugar Snap peas
1 TBSPOlive oil
1 TBSPShallots, chopped (or mild onion)
1 tspsea salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

In a bowl, coat sugar snap peas with olive oil.

Spread in a single layer on a medium baking sheet. Sprinkle with Shallots and sea salt.

Bake 6 to 8 until tender but still firm.
