In a bowl add hot milk and add butter to it. Then mix it well until butter is melted.Then add cardamom powder. And mix well.

Then in another bowl add flour, sugar,milk powder,baking powder,and baking soda and whisk all the ingredients well.

Then gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. And whisk until well combined.Then add the vinegar and mix well.

Then in a greased tin pour the cake mixture and bake it in preheated 180 degree oven for about 35-40 mins or when the toothpick came out clean.

Then let the cake cool completely. And cut the cake into 3 slices.

Take one slice of cake and put it in cake board and pour some rasmalai milk to it. Then wait until all the milk is soaked.

Then Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks formed and put some yellow food colour and mix well.

Then put some whipping cream in the cake and spread well. Then put some pieces of rasmalai in the cake and top with another piece of cake.

Then repeat the procedure. Then cover the cake with whipping cream and top it with pista and rasmalai...And chill it in fridge and serve😀😀
