Wash Chingri or Prawns, keeping the tail, devein and keep in a bowl
- 2
Add a little 1/2 tsp mustard oil, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, slit green chillies, mustard paste put in 1 Tbsp water and add the mix, salt and rest of the mustard oil
- 3
Put in a airtight container and in a bowl add water till half the level of the closed steel container and have the flame on low. After 6 mins, set aside

Enjoy with steamed rice
