Grate the cabbage and transfer them into a mixing bowl.

Then add ginger-garlic paste, corn flour, maida flour, gram masala powder, red chilli powder and salt into the mixing bowl. Mix everything well.

Heat a frying pan with oil in medium flame. Check if oil is heated by dropping a small batch of the dough in hot oil. Once the oil is heated, add small balls into the pan. Note: Keep the flame in medium.

Let it fry for 3-4 minutes and then keep stirring until the balls turn golden. Drain them and keep it on a kitchen issue. Ready to serve with Schezwan Chutney.

Note: Keep the flame in medium so that the balls are cooked well inside and then turns golden.
