Cooking Instructions

Peel yam, cut and grate it, rinse it and strain the water completely. Add scotch bonnet, onions, salt, seasonings, spices, mix all together then add egg and mix again.

Use your hand and make balls, deep fry gently on medium flame. Serve! So inviting and welcoming.
