Steps

Take a bowl add Besan, suji, curd, salt, red chili powder, turmeric mix well.

Add water make thick medium consistency batter. Rest for 10 minutes. Now add Eno mix well.

Grease Idli moulds pour batter and microwave for 5 minutes.

For Tempering:- Take a kadai or pan Heat oil add mustard seeds, kasuri methi, curry leaves saute for a second. Now add onion greenchilli, capsicum, Saute for a few minutes. Add salt, tomato ketchup, lemon juice mix well. Now add steamed / cooked Dhokla Idli mix well cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve with Chutney.
