First of all preheat the oven at 180 degree for 30 minutes

Now separate the eggs yolks and egg whites

Beat the egg yolk very well

Add sugar gradually till the mixture becomes thick and creamy

Now add the dry ingredients in yolk mixture and beat again very well..

Now beat the eggs white till it becomes like a form...

After that put the beated egg white in the yolk mixture with spatula..

Now fold the mixture smoothly...

Put the mixture in the pan and bake it for 30 minutes at 180 degree...

After the sponge is cool down, cut it into 3 layers...

Separate the syrup and fruits from the mixed fruit box...

Put the syrup on the sponge layers and keep it in the refrigerator...

Now beat the heavy cream till the cream becomes smooth and little bit thick but not too much....

Now place a plastic paper in the bowl and put 1 layer of sponge on it

Put thin layer of cream on the top of cake..

Again put the little bit cream on the top of fruits and repeat the process till the last layer of cake...

At the end put remaining cream and fruits on the last layer of cake...

Cover it with the plastic and keep it in the fridge for over night....
