Ingredients

  • Marinade
  • 300 gChicken fillet or prawn
  • 1 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspCornstarch
  • Cereal crumbs
  • 100 gButter
  • 5 clovesShallots
  • 2Bird-eye chilli
  • 3 stalkcurry leaves
  • 25 gNestum cereal
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes and marinate. Fry the chicken cubes.

  2. 2

    Heat pan, add butter and shallots. Add curry leaves and chilli. Add Nestum cereal. Fry till golden brown. Add back the fried chicken and coat with the crumbs. Add salt and sugar to taste.
